Is access to the platform paid?
No. Access to the catalogue and wholesale prices is free. We activate the account after verifying the request and completing the cooperation formalities.
Do I need my own warehouse?
No. In dropshipping we ship products directly to your customers, and in the stock model we hold your purchased stock for you. Your own warehouse is useful for pallet orders.
What is the minimum in each model?
The minimum depends on the model and is agreed individually when you apply. In dropshipping you order single pieces; stock and pallets are priced on the platform once your account is active.
How long does an order take?
Lead time depends on the model and the availability of the design. You see current availability on the platform next to each product, and we discuss lead times before cooperation starts.
Will I get photos for selling?
Yes. In the partner platform you will find product photos for your own sales. The rules for using them are set out in the marketing materials licence.
How is shipping charged?
Shipping cost depends on the model, country and delivery method — by courier to the customer or by pallet to a warehouse. You can see the shipping price list on the platform after logging in.
Can I combine cooperation models?
Yes. Dropshipping, your own stock and pallet orders can be combined on one partner account.
How are complaints and returns handled?
You report complaints and returns through the platform or by e-mail to our office. The detailed rules are set out in the B2B platform terms and the commercial cooperation terms available in the footer.
